PHASE 3 PREPARATION UNDERWAY
Effective Tuesday, November 18, 2025.
In preparation for the start of Phase 3 landside demolition, a new construction fence line will be set. This perimeter provides clear demarcation for the next phase of construction and enhanced safety to the public from the new work zone while maintaining public boardwalk access and boater dock access.
All existing shops, restaurants and excursions remain open in the Village and the Wharf.
FUEL DOCK TANK REPLACEMENT
Effective Tuesday, November 18, 2025.
Bellingham Marine is mobilizing at Puerto Place in the area near the Fuel Dock to begin the fuel tank replacement project. Please be advised that the fuel dock will be without fuel for approximately two weeks from November 20 – December 2.
Temporary tanks are anticipated to be in service by December 3.

The class will cover what you need to know about operating a boat safely. Subjects include:
Rules, navigation, Coast Guard requirements, risk management, aids to navigation, registering your boat, and many other subjects to help you be a better, safer boater. Anyone operating a motorized vessel in California waters must now have a Boater Operator card issued by the State of California. This class will meet the State requirement.

To help owners and crews get ready for the N2E race on April 25 - 27, 2025, NOSA is offering a variety of Race Seminars at local yacht clubs from San Diego to Los Angeles.
These informative gatherings cover the unique aspects of competing in an international race, expert sailing tips on racing at night, and a review of safety gear and post-race logistics to make racing competitive for crews of all experience ranges.
